Extended Stay America Suites - Washington, Dc - Rockville

I always choose this place because it provides everything I need, great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with currency tips during my first stay. I'm returning for Christmas!

Great location! The room was very ample and comfortable.

Breakfast options immediately available were okay but as expected. We prepared our meals in the great kitchen provided in our room.

I had a pleasant time here since it was within walking distance to both Welsh Park and the RIO Washingtonian Center, making it super easy to explore and enjoy some fresh air , while the friendly front desk staff ensured a comfy and cute atmosphere throughout my visit.

Position wad ok.Bus stop almost 200m from hotel.Washingtonian center rio 20 min walking distance.Metro station 15 min by bus.

For 7 nights nobody cleaned my room.Even towels and sheets was not changed.Staf was somtimes even rude.

The location was good because of nearest of Washington center mall

It was where I needed to be. It was very clean. It was quiet.

Staff not very helpful about the area and what there was around there. No literature either. Also no pens or paper in room. Thank God for my computer!

Marvellous position was an added bonus.

Smelled, dirty, sticky stuff leaking from fridge. Smoke detector kept beeping and instead of changing the battery or switching our room they just kept silencing it. We requested four fresh towels and they begrudgingly gave us three. We had to stay here while our air conditioning was being replaced for a few days over the summer and I would have rather sweated in out in our house then stay there.

Separate sink from toilet/shower was very appreciated travelling with 3 teens. For the DC area this was pretty good value for the money. No frills but the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was a plus.

There was no breakfast and out of coffee by 8:00. Bring your own coffee and filters. There's a small coffee pot but your on your own for the coffee. No ice machines because there's two trays for making ice in the freezer. Seems to be away from any close restaurants particularly for breakfast since the one at the hotel left a lot to be desired.

I appreciated the modern and clean decor of the Extended Stay America Suites, Washington, Dc, Rockville. The common areas were accessible and well-maintained.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

Overall it is a nice hotel and we loved the stay, the location was great close to the highway. The property is definitely recommended to family...

The room had great air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, and basic kitchenware. It also had a tv, desk, and a dining area. Staff were friendly. Breakfast offered coffee and packaged muffins, simple but okay.
